The 2025 Best Brands gala took place in the ballroom of the Bayerischer Hof Hotel in Munich. Host and journalist Linda Zervakis guided us through the Best Brands gala evening.

In a ceremonial award show, the results of the underlying NIQ/GfK study was announced and awards were presented not only to the top 10 winners but also to each of the ‘Best Brands’ in the individual categories. This year's awards recognised the ‘Best Brand Overall’, the ‘Best Brand Gen Z Food & Beverage’ , the ‘Best Luxury Brand’ and the ‘Best Employer Brand’.

As another highlight of the evening,  Sanna Marin, Finland’s former Prime Minister and a trailblazing leader, shared her journey navigating global crises with vision, courage, and resilience. In a world shaped by geopolitical challenges like the war in Ukraine and the Israel-Palestine crisis, Marin explored how leadership and authenticity can inspire action and hope. Her keynote challenged us to embrace our role as catalysts for meaningful change, empowering the next generation and crafting narratives that unite, inspire, and build a sustainable future.

Guests enjoyed the evening with an unforgettable performance by the music act Fritz Kalkbrenner.
